Colorado State capped a disappointing season with possibly the biggest stinker of the year, falling 71-67 to Air Force (10-20) in the play-in game of the Mountain West Conference tournament Wednesday night in Las Vegas. The Rams' season ends with a record of 9-22 -- only a two-game improvement on last year's dreadful showing. The women, meanwhile, fell 62-48 to New Mexico in the quarterfinals just one night after upsetting Wyoming. The Lady Rams finished the season at 10-21. more >> |
